The T2652-S is a 6.50" 2-way component system rated at 100 Watts RMS with 1" aluminum dome tweeters. Two woofers with grilles, two tweeters with dedicated audiophile crossovers, and mounting hardware are included in the kit. The T2652-S 6.50" is a component system similar to the T1, with the exception of a billet aluminum phase plug for improved cooling. The woofer has the same VAST surround with a 25% larger cone area and a Flex Fit Basket for easy installation. Another distinction is the Aluminum Dome Neo-Tweeter, which is designed for fans that prefer this tonal quality to the T1. The same external audiophile crossover is employed, which can be configured for single or bi-amp setups.

The amazing VAST technology is on display here, which uses a butyl rubber shell to expand the woofer cone area by 25% for improved bass performance. Rockford has added a billet aluminum woofer phase plug to complete the rugged, polished design by improving cooling, sound dispersion, and, well, just looking fantastic.

A Simpler Set-Up

Every installation has its own set of obstacles, and Rockford Fosgate has included several helpful features in the T2652-S system to assist you. The woofers include a slotted mounting pattern to accommodate a larger range of factory screwholes in your car door. With the supplied Multi-OEM Adapter plate for woofers and their Discreet Dual Clamp design for tweeters, Rockford Fosgate makes speaker mount creation a little easier in your car. For bespoke installation, grilles are also supplied.
