Blustream RX70CS HDBaseT CSC Receiver - 70m

The Blustream RX70CS is an HDMI 2.0 4K 60Hz 4:4:4 (18Gbps) HDCP 2.2 HDBaseT ARC receiver that extends HDMI, bi-directional IR, and RS-232 over a single CAT cable. It reaches up to 70m at 1080p and supports 4K 18Gbps transmission up to 40m.

4K UHD Support with CSC and Downscaling

Advanced Color Space Conversion (CSC) supports the HDMI 2.0 18Gbps specification including HDR*. It supports 4K 60Hz 4:4:4 UHD video up to 40m and provides automatic downscaling of up to 4K 60Hz 4:4:4 video input to 1080p.

Single-CAT Distribution and Control

Advanced HDBaseT technology enables distribution of video and audio over a single CAT cable, with HDMI 1080p extension up to 70m. The RX70CS also offers bi-directional IR pass-through and bi-directional RS-232 pass-through.

ARC and Audio Breakout

When used with compatible Blustream hardware, it supports ARC (Audio Return Channel) from the connected display via HDMI or Optical digital inputs. It provides simultaneous analog stereo and Optical Toslink audio breakout and supports all known HDMI audio formats including Dolby TrueHD, Atmos, and DTS-HD Master Audio transmission.

Power over Cable (PoC) and Integration

The RX70CS supports bi-directional PoC to power the receiver from compatible Blustream HDBaseT transmitters or matrix products, or provide power to the HDBaseT transmitter when the RX70CS is powered with a local supply. It can be powered by the matrix and is the recommended receiver for the Blustream AMF42AU, C6CS, C88CS, HMXL66ARC, and HMXL88ARC matrix products.

Video Resolutions and Compliance

Supports all industry standard video resolutions including VGA–WUXGA and 480i–4K, and includes HDCP 2.2 support.
